The possibility of Celtic coming to play in England is a topic which is forever discussed even if there is no current likelihood of it happening.
Celtic are 27 points clear at the top of the Scottish Premiership and have seen off all challengers including Rangers on their return to the top flight.
Former Crystal Palace chairman Simon Jordan was asked on Twitter earlier today if he felt English football is frightened of what they could achieve if they played south of the border.
He responded cuttingly, commenting that he felt non-league side Lincoln City could achieve success in Scotland.
The lack of competition in Scotland is a problem for Celtic, but it should not detract from their ruthless achievements so far this season.
To their credit also, they managed two draws with Manchester City earlier this season in the Champions League, although exited the group without winning a single game.
Better will be required from Celtic next season in the competition if they are to start silencing their doubters.
