Simon Jordan believes it will take two seasons, and believes by that point Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers will have quit, to pursue his ambitions in another league.
Celtic are on course to win their sixth league title in a row, and are desperate to go on and make it 10, going one better than Rangers’ best of nine.
A Rangers win within two seasons would be sweet for the Gers as it would prevent this.
The fear will remain for Celtic fans that Rodgers could decide to go and test himself elsewhere, but given the fact he is in his first season still, there is no reason to be immediately worried.
