Could Wahbi Khazri remain at Sunderland for the 2017-18 Championship campaign?
Khazri joined Sunderland from French club Bordeaux in January 2016 for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £9 million.

The 26-year-old attacking midfielder’s current contract with the Black Cats runs until June 2020, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.
The Tunisia international midfielder failed to play regularly for Sunderland last season; he started just seven Premier League matches and made 14 appearances as a substitute.
Back in May, Khazri told French publication L’Equipe that he had been informed by David Moyes that he could leave in the summer transfer window (click here to read more).
Moyes was then the Sunderland manager, but the Scotsman is no more in charge at the Black Cats – Grayson is.
Grayson has suggested that despite Khazri’s struggles at the Stadium of Light last season, the former Bastia star could remain at Sunderland for the 2017-18 campaign.
“He’s a talented player and that’s why he is at Sunderland,” Grayson told The Shields Gazette about Khazri. “He’s played at the Premiership. Time will tell who will stay at the football club.
“Every player at every club has a price and you will be looking to see what is happening at different clubs, but, while they’re here, they’ll do what’s required and do everything to try and get in the team for the first game of the season.”
“You’ve seen in the two games that he’s a good player, and we want to keep good players,” added Grayson. “It’s then up to other clubs or the individuals to decide possibly if they don’t want to be at this football club.”
