Sunderland are expected to offload some fringe players before the end of the transfer window.
Lens looks set to join Besiktas in the near future, with the Black Cats cashing in on the Dutch winger.
Sunderland are also looking to offload some of their other fringe players, before the end of the month.
However, Grayson suggests that there is no other imminent departures from the Stadium of Light scheduled.

He said: “At this moment in time Lens is the closest to leaving. Talks with Besiktas are moving on very quickly, so there might be something that happens very quickly.
“In regards to other players – if it is players you think we are talking about or otherwise – we have had no other bids at this moment in time.”
Lens has actually had an impressive pre-season at Sunderland, but was always unlikely to stick around for the upcoming campaign.
Sunderland are also likely to try and shift on some of their higher earners before the season starts.
Grayson has made changes at the Stadium of Light this summer, but are expected to bring in more new players before the close of the transfer window.
Sunderland’s Championship season gets under way this evening, when they take on Derby County.
