Leeds United are outside the Championship playoffs at the moment.

Leeds are 10th in the Championship table at the moment with 26 points from 18 matches.
The West Yorkshire outfit, who lost 4-1 to Wolverhampton Wanderers away from home in the league on Wednesday evening, are three points behind sixth-placed Middlesbrough.

The Whites are very much in the race for the playoffs this season, but their performances and results over the past few weeks have been disappointing.
Former Leeds manager Grayson, who was sacked as the Sunderland manager in October, has suggested that Thomas Christiansen’s side are lacking consistency at the moment.

“When you look at the stats it’s amazing such a big club like Leeds with the fanatical support that they’re only three or four points off the play-offs and they’ve lost eight of their last 10 games,” The Express quotes Grayson as saying.
“They had a fantastic start to the season. It’s the nature of the Championship that anybody can beat anybody.
“You’ve got to be on your game week in and week out and consistency is the key to the teams that get promoted and end up in the play-offs. Leeds have maybe not got that consistency.”
Former Manchester City and Sheffield Wednesday defender Andy Hinchcliffe has also suggested that Leeds are lacking consistency.
Hinchcliffe said on the Sky Sports Daily show on Sky Sports News on Thursday morning (11:22am, November 23, 2017): “Leeds have a lot going for them. They just can’t seem to maintain the top performances that they put in maybe earlier in the season.”
Leeds will return to action this afternoon when they take on Barnsley away from home in the Championship.
The Whites need to pick up all three points from the encounter, or else they could find themselves further adrift from the playoffs.
