Celtic reportedly want John McGinn of Hibernian.

John McGinn is one of the best players in the Scottish Premiership, and there is no surprise that Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic reportedly want him, with Steven Gerrard’s Rangers and Leeds United also claimed to be interested in the Hibernian midfielder.
Ibrox club Rangers, Leeds and Celtic all are interested in McGinn, according to The Scottish Sun, who have also claimed that Hibernian want £5 million as transfer fee for the midfielder.

The 23-year-old was brilliant for Hibernian last season, and there is no doubt that the Scotland international would enhance the midfielder of Celtic, Leeds and Rangers.
Former Celtic star Simon Donnelly rates McGinn highly, and he believes that the Hibernian midfielder would be a good signing for the Hoops as a replacement for 26-year-old Scotland international Stuart Armstrong, who is on the verge of a £7m move to Southampton in the Premier League in England, according to BBC Sport.

Donnelly told The Scottish Sun about McGinn: “I’ve no doubt Celtic will move to replace Stuart and I’d be very surprised if they don’t go for John McGinn. I’ve said it for a while — I think he is a Celtic player.
“He is good enough to go into the Celtic team right now. I think he would be a good signing for them.”

Good signing for Celtic?
With Armstrong reportedly set to leave for Southampton, Celtic will need a replacement even though they do have a strong midfield department.
Signing McGinn for £5m would not be a bad idea for the Hoops, especially as the Hibernian midfielder is only 23 years of age and can only improve in the coming years working with manager Brendan Rodgers.
