Everton may yet move for both Mario Mandzukic and Rafael Leao.

According to the Daily Mail, Marco Silva is eyeing a move for Juventus hitman Mario Mandzukic – but would want Lille’s Rafael Leao too.
Everton have added Jonas Lossl and Fabian Delph this summer whilst also securing Andre Gomes permanently, and they will surely turn their attentions to a new striker soon.
Cenk Tosun and Oumar Niasse simply aren’t good enough, and whilst Dominic Calvert-Lewin has potential, he needs help in the Everton attack.
It’s now believed Silva is keeping tabs on Mandzukic’s situation at Juventus ahead of a potential move, but he wants two forwards rather than just one.
The other target would be Lille talent Leao, and L’Equipe today report that he’s set to leave the French side after a host of bids came in, including a €37.5million (£33.8million) offer from the Toffees.
If Everton can land both – and it’s a big if given the money involved – they would have a hugely exciting attack for the new season, both for now and for the future.

Mandzukic is a proven centre forward who could come in and make an instant impact, possessing strength and aerial ability as well as a great work ethic, and a great role model for Leao and Calvert-Lewin.
20-year-old Leao is a little different, offering great pace, meaning Mandzukic and Leao can either work in tandem or tire out defences for the other one to come on an cause havoc in opposition defences.
Signing both is such an appealing prospect, given how they complement each other in terms of style and longevity, and if Silva can really bring both to Goodison Park, Everton fans should be hugely excited.
