Rangers are reportedly interested in Manchester City youngster Bryan.

Rangers are reportedly interested in luring Manchester City youngster Kean Bryan to Ibrox this summer as Steven Gerrard continues his hunt for a new central defender, but signing the 21-year-old would be harsh on a current Rangers player.
It is believed that Gerrard is said to have been impressed by Bryan during his loan spell with Oldham Athletic last season, where he made 37 appearances – and even scored two goals.
Bryan is also attracting plenty of interest from the Championship, but a move for the youngster to Ibrox would certainly demoralise Rangers youngster Kyle Bradley who was included in Rangers’ last squad.
Bradley, 19, has made one senior appearance for the Gers, coming off the bench for five minutes against St. Johnstone during a 2-1 win in May 2017.
With Fabio Cardoso ostracised, Bradley’s inclusion in the trip to Macedonia to face FK Shkupi suggests he is the club’s third-choice central defender at the moment – behind Connor Goldson and Nikola Katic.
Bradley has been a key figure of the club’s reserve side since his first-team debut under Pedro Caixinha, and is highly-rated at Ibrox. So much so, the teenager is regarded as the club’s best young defender.
His next stage of progression will be adding to his brief debut, and the best chance of that is by remaining third choice. He has worked hard to get to this stage, but signing Bryan would shatter that dream and plummet him to fourth choice.
Though Bryan would be a decent signing, Gerrard must weigh up if he would stutter the development of Bradley at Ibrox.
