West Ham United have been linked with West Bromwich Albion defender Jonny Evans recently.

If West Ham United do sign Jonny Evans from West Bromwich Albion, that may be seal the exit of Reece Oxford.
The 19-year-old has been sent out on a series of loan spells in recent times, but has been unable to make an impact at the London Stadium.

David Moyes appears to have reservations over utilising the youngster, and bringing in Evans would just put another obstacle in the prospect’s way.
According to the Daily Mirror, Moyes is eyeing up a £3 million swoop for the centre-back.

If Evans was to move to West Ham, he would surely step straight into the Hammers’ starting line-up.
And that may be the final straw for Oxford, who would see his path into West Ham’s team blocked even further by the signing of the Northern Irish international.
