The Fiorentina striker has been linked with Crystal Palace.

With the transfer window open, Crystal Palace are determined to improve their squad and one player who is being linked with a move to Selhurst Park is Fiorentina forward Khouma Babacar.
As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Palace are eager to secure a deal for Babacar, whose playing time this season has been restricted.
Despite the fact that he hasn’t been a regular in the starting lineup for Fiorentina, there is evidence to suggest that Babacar would be a good signing for Palace.

Babacar has found the net four times in 15 Serie A games this season, while last season he scored ten goals in 22 appearances.
The 24-year-old has good positional sense and would relish the opportunity to test himself in the Premier League, while his linkup play is also of a very high standard.

It is clear that Palace need to bolster their attacking options, with no player in their squad having scored more than four goals across all competitions this season.
Babacar may be seen as something of a risk given that he has been unable to hold down a regular starting berth for Fiorentina, but his goalscoring record is encouraging and he could prove to be an inspired signing for Palace.
