The Arsenal ace would be a sensational signing for Aston Villa.
Reports broke today claiming that Villa are interested in signing Gunners star Jack Wilshere, with the Mirror suggesting that Steve Bruce has made an enquiry for the 25-year-old ace, and what a sensational signing he would be, if the Midlands outfit manage to get a deal for the Englishman over the line.
The Arsenal midfielder possesses exceptional talent, and his ability to run from deep with the ball stuck to his feet would undoubtedly help the Villans improve upon the fluidity of their play.

Wilshere’s vast array of passing and expert vision would also be a huge asset to Villa, with Bruce’s side currently lacking a certain level of ball retention in the middle of the park.
Despite Villa’s struggles, they are still considered to be a huge scalp in England’s second tier, and many of their opponents will sit deep against them, with two banks of four, which can prove extremely difficult to break down.
And the England international would surely help them negotiate this problem, with his intricate passing and tight ball control in the final third.
One concern that cannot be ignored regarding a move for the 25-year-old is his less-than-impressive injury record. He did play more than 75 per cent of Bournemouth’s Premier League games during a loan spell on the south coast last season, however, so he might just have put all his injury problems behind him.
And whilst it might still seem like a long-shot, bringing Wilshere to Villa Park could be the signing that makes all the difference for Bruce’s men this term, with regards to their hopes of promotion back to the Premier League.
