Celtic fans urge Manchester United forward to join up.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s 2017/18 season at Manchester United has barely got started but his career may not be done just yet.
The Swedish striker has retired from international football but sent a message out yesterday alongside Henrik Larsson joking the pair could make a return for the World Cup.
At least we think he was joking. You can’t quite rule it out with Zlatan.
Ibrahimovic suffered a serious knee injury last April which has limited his game time this season although manager Jose Mourinho confirmed last week that he was continuing to work on his conditioning.
Zlatan will be a free agent in July and his picture alongside Henrik Larsson caught the attention of Celtic supporters.
While Larsson played briefly for United, the finest years of his career were spent at Celtic where he is the Scottish club’s third ever highest goalscorer.

Ibrahimovic’s next move is strongly tipped to be Major League Soccer, but Celtic supporters were busy yesterday urging him to consider a swansong in Scotland.
Wages would hinder this becoming a reality unless he was willing to take a big drop on what he could earn elsewhere, but it would be a lot of fun to see him lead the line at Celtic for just one season.
Here is a look at the fans’ responses to Zlatan’s message…
