The Mirror claimed the now veteran midfielder Frank Lampard is a shock target for Arsenal as Arsene Wenger abandons his ‘youth first’ transfer policy.
The midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season and at 34-years-old has been linked with a lucrative switch to either China or America, yet it is claimed Wenger could make a bid to sign him in January.
