Some Sheffield United fans want to offload John Lundstram to Bournemouth in January – as part of a move for a Cherries player.
United have confirmed they will listen to offers for Lundstram when the transfer window reopens, after admitting defeat in their attempts to extend his contract beyond the current campaign.
Crystal Palace, West Ham United and Rangers were among the clubs credited with an interest in the Blades midfielder earlier this year.
But the following Sheffield United supporters still harbour hopes of a Bramall Lane return for David Brooks, who has been linked with Chris Wilder’s side.

And Lundstram, they feel, could be their ticket to landing the Bournemouth player.
United sold Brooks to Bournemouth for around £11.5 million two years ago and the Wales international impressed at Premier League level before suffering an injury last season.
Bournemouth, though, are going strong in the Championship this season and players like Brooks may wish to stick around if their recent form continues into January, especially if Sheffield United remain at the foot of the top-flight table.
