Roma are reportedly interested in one of West Ham’s star players.

West Ham United attacker Marko Arnautovic is reportedly interesting Italian side AS Roma and target man Edin Dzeko could be used in a swap deal – which could be the best of a bad situation for the Hammers.
CalcioMercato claim 29-year-old attacker Arnautovic is interesting Roma, as he continues his excellent form this season with five goals and two assists in 14 league and cup appearances for the Hammers.
The former Stoke City star has been linked with a move away from the London Stadium, with Premier League sides Chelsea and Manchester United said to be keen of late. Italian outlet Leggo then reported Dzeko could be included.
West Ham’s number seven seemed to suffer a hamstring injury against Cardiff City on Tuesday night which may scupper a deal. The CalcioMercato report says Arnautovic would be keen on a move to the Serie A.
With Arnautovic said to be interested, the Hammers may struggle to prevent Arnautovic leaving in January if Roma do become interested. If the Hammers are resigned to losing Arnautovic, adding Dzeko into the deal would soften the blow.
CalcioMercato’s report claims West Ham are interested in target man Edin Dzeko and Pellegrini’s former Manchester City striker would be perfect for the Hammers, with the club lacking in a talismanic striker.

Javier Hernandez has stated he is open to leaving, Lucas Perez scored his first Premier League goals in 700 days on Tuesday night while Andy Carroll remains injury plagued. Landing Dzeko would be an excellent signing.
Bosnia international Dzeko won two Premier League titles during his time at City, scoring 50 goals in 130 top-flight appearances in England. This season, he has continued to find the back of the net with seven in 16.
If West Ham are to lose Arnautovic to Roma, they should request that Dzeko is included in a player-plus cash deal in January, in what could prove to be a blessing in disguise.
