The Liverpool hitman would be an excellent addition to the West Bromwich Albion squad.
Baggies boss Alan Pardew will surely be looking to bolster his ranks during the January transfer window, with his side currently sitting precariously in 19th position in the table, three points adrift of safety.
The West Brom manager has made no secret of his desire to strengthen his forward line, with his side’s tally of 14 goals scored being the second worst in the division.
With this in mind, the Black Country outfit should consider a move for Reds hitman Daniel Sturridge, who could be available for £30 million in January, according to the Mirror.

The 28-year-old striker has played a peripheral role for Liverpool since Jurgen Klopp took over as manager way back in 2015, with injuries continuing to hamper his chances of playing regular first-team football.
Sturridge still has a lot to offer at the very highest level, however, and in what is currently such a ludicrously inflated transfer market, £30 million actually represents decent value.
The England international is one of the country’s finest finishers, and he would undoubtedly add a certain level of potency to the Baggies’ attacking play.
He would be a wonderful strike partner for Salomon Rondon, what with the Venezuelan’s penchant for making unselfish runs into the channels and Sturridge doing most of his work in and around the penalty area.
If Pardew did manage to bring him to the Hawthorns, and found a way to keep him fit and playing regularly, it could turn out to be a signing of real significance for West Brom in their fight against relegation.
