Should West Brom be interested in Belgium midfielder Marouane Fellaini?

West Bromwich Albion have been struggling badly this season. They have been without a win in their last nine matches in the Premier League, and find themselves 16th in the league table.
Key players have been underperforming and Tony Pulis may need to bring in one or two quality players to bolster his squad.
Could he be interested in signing Marouane Fellaini from Manchester United?

The report claims that a deal has been agreed already for him to join Besiktas. He is out of contract next June, and would be available at £8 million.

Fellaini brings different qualities to the side. He can play as a holding midfielder and as an attacking midfielder as well.
He is an established Belgian international, and has wealth of Premier League experience under his belt. He works extremely hard and is a very good team player.
At 29, he still has a lot of football left in him, and certainly is good enough to play for a mid-table Premier League club.
