West Bromwich Albion have the potential to be one the surprise big players in the transfer market this summer.
Backed by Chinese investors, the Baggies will be looking to build on an impressive season, and pitch themselves as a top 10 club to attract new targets.
This could give them enough leverage to push for an ambitious move for Youri Tielemans.
Tielemans is Europe’s most in demand youngster, with Tuttomercatoweb last night linking him with a summer move to Chelsea.
West Brom may not be able to offer Tielemans a chance to win the Premier League title or compete in the Champions League, but crucially they will be able to give him an opportunity to actually play.

Tielemans, 19, plays in central midfield and has an eye for goal as well as a fine range of passing.
He has netted 17 goals in 41 games for Anderlecht this season, and was last night on target for Belgium.
His profile will increase with Europa League ties against Manchester United upcoming next month, but his clear talent means choosing the right club for his next move is essential.
West Brom, like Everton, are an ambitious side battling to try and reach the next level. Tielemans should fit that profile, and not try to be too much, too soon, when he has the best part of a 15 year career still ahead of him.
The Baggies cannot simply assume Darren Fletcher, 33, will be a regular next season, and need fresh blood in midfield.
