Jack Wilshere is currently on loan from Arsenal at Bournemouth, but should West Bromwich Albion consider moving for him in the summer?
Bournemouth’s Jack Wilshere
According to a report from The Sun, Bournemouth currently have less desire to make Jack Wilshere’s loan move from Arsenal a permanent one, so should West Brom start to take a keen interest in the midfielder’s future?
The 25-year-old has enjoyed a decent loan spell at the Vitality Stadium and has already spent a considerably greater number of minutes out on the pitch in the Premier League than he has done in the previous two campaigns combined.
That would certainly suggest that getting away from Arsenal for whatever reason has helped him begin to shake off his tag for being injury-prone. And that fact, as well as the options that the Gunners have in his position, may perhaps tempt him to consider leaving the Emirates permanently this summer.
And given his struggles, Arsenal may have few qualms about leaving the path clear for him to leave.
Of course, it would be a gamble for West Brom to consider a move given his problems with injury. But Tony Pulis now needs to be looking for the players who can elevate the Baggies further, proving that eighth place does not have to be the ceiling for them.

Wilshere, when fit, has the quality to play for any club in the Premier League, and his previous difficulties coupled with the players that Arsenal already have in his position may mean that West Brom could land him on an excellent deal, whether that be a loan or on a permanent basis.
And if he did move to the Hawthorns, and he did subsequently play as often as he has done for Bournemouth, then perhaps he could provide that touch of class that the Baggies probably still need in the middle of the park.
