Should West Brom consider Baldock or Hemed if they leave Brighton?

Sam Baldock and Tomer Hemed may both reportedly leave Brighton, so could at least one of them be a good option for West Bromwich Albion?

Both Sam Baldock and Tomer Hemed could leave Brighton and Hove Albion this summer with The Argus reporting they are frustrated with their lack of game time.

Baldock feels he deserved more of a chance in the Premier League after training well, but in the end managed just two substitutes appearances totalling 30 minutes.

Hemed fared a little better, with two goals in 16 top flight games, but both would consider dropping down to the Championship in order to achieve more regular first team action.

Who could be interested?

Reading have been linked with Baldock, although as yet no bid or official approach has been made by the Berkshire club for the 29-year-old.

One side now in the second tier of English football following their relegation that could be in the market for support upfront is West Bromwich Albion.

The Express and Star reports that both Salomon Rondon and Jay Rodriguez are set to leave the Baggies after suffering the drop, leaving new manager Darren Moore with no first team strikers.

Both Baldock and Hemed have a good pedigree in the division and at least one of them could well tempt Moore as he looks to guide West Brom to promotion at the first time of asking.
