Watford the favourites to sign Liverpool left-back Alberto Moreno but should West Brom make a move?
It is understood that the Merseyside club are holding out for £15m for the Spaniard, who has been deemed surplus to requirements following the £10m signing of Andrew Robertson from Hull City.

However, it is not known whether the Hornets are willing to pay that much and during this period of uncertainty, should West Bromwich Albion consider making a move?
The Baggies are known to be in the market for a new left-back, with Sky Sports reporting they had a £10m bid for Kieran Gibbs rejected last month.
Manager Tony Pulis has since said that West Brom have pulled out of the race for Gibbs, which could mean they were not willing to pay more for the 27-year-old and therefore may not want to sanction £15m for Moreno either.
The Spain international is two years younger than his opposite number at the Emirates Stadium, though, and although was heavily criticised for his performances last season, was once considered one of the most promising talents in Spanish football.
Having also missed out on Charlie Taylor this summer – who joined Burnley from Leeds United – perhaps Pulis should be prepared to give Moreno another chance in the Premier League and in turn, solve an issue on the left side of defence which currently sees Chris Brunt acting as a stopgap.
