With John Terry having been a success, should Aston Villa now consider Ashley Cole with rumours of an exit from LA Galaxy?

Ashley Cole is considering one final season back in the Premier League, according to the Sun, with his time at LA Galaxy possibly coming to an end this summer.
Cole has spent three years with the MLS franchise, but could be replaced in the team by fellow Englishman Leighton Baines – who is being linked with a switch from Everton.

Now 37-years-old, the left-back may return to his home country for one more year and would be looking to get a club in the top flight.
Where could he go?
One side who have taken a gamble on an England veteran to great effect is Aston Villa, who signed John Terry in 2017 when his 22-year association with Chelsea came to an end.

Terry has made a positive impact at the Championship club, helping them to the playoff final where they will face Fulham at Wembley Stadium on Saturday (May 26).
The centre-back played alongside Cole for the Blues and is the same age as his former teammate, so could one final reunion between the two experienced defenders be worth risking if the Villans are promoted?
