Isaac Success of Watford holds off Niclas Eliasson of Bristol City during the Carabao Cup Second Round match.
Hull City are hopeful of completing a season-long loan deal for Watford attacker Isaac Success, reports the Hull Daily Mail, as manager Leonid Slutsky continues the rebuilding process of his squad.
The Tigers have lost 11 first team players this summer, with Sam Clucas’ move to Swansea City the latest high profile departure to join the likes of Harry Maguire and Andrew Robertson.
Hull manager Leonid Slutsky.
In response, Slutsky has brought in nine new faces, but business doesn’t appear to be done just yet as the Russian eyes up Success as the ideal replacement for injured striker Abel Hernandez.
The 21-year-old became the Hornets club record signing in 2016 when he joined from Granada for £12.5m – which has since been beaten by the £18.5m paid to Burnley for Andre Gray (BBC) – but managed just two starts and one goal last season.

Aston Villa manager Steve Bruce.
