Tottenham Hotspur arguably need to add more depth to their ranks this summer as they look to battle across several fronts.

Tottenham have done an excellent job when Harry Kane has been out injured at various stages during the campaign, and Vincent Janssen has started to show signs of being a solid understudy, but it could certainly be argued that Mauricio Pochettino still needs to add more depth to his squad in the summer.
Spurs have certainly taken a step forward this year, balancing a title challenge in the Premier League with a Champions League group-stage campaign and a run to the FA Cup semi-final, so there is no question how good their strongest side is.
Therefore, it may well be by adding to their options across the pitch that Tottenham put themselves in a position to clear those final hurdles that are preventing them from winning trophies, and one player who may be a decent target for the club is Bournemouth striker Joshua King.
King has scored 15 times in the Premier League to help keep the Cherries in with a great chance of staying away from the relegation zone this season, and it may not be out of the question to suggest that he is ready to make a step up.

And with the 25-year-old able to play in a variety of positions in attacking areas, he would not only be able to provide Kane with some additional support – and hopefully push Janssen to build upon the promise he has shown recently – but he would also be able to fill in elsewhere if required.
And having now enjoyed a couple of seasons at the highest level, and having reached an age where many strikers enjoy their peak years, he may be a smart addition as Tottenham look to build a squad capable of competing for silverware in numerous competitions.
