The West Bromwich Albion striker thrived under Mauricio Pochettino at Southampton.

Tottenham Hotspur may have a decision to make over Fernando Llorente before the transfer deadline as The London Evening Standard understand he remains a target for Chelsea.
Spurs beat their London rivals to the Spaniard’s signature from Swansea City in the summer, but he has only made one Premier League start and scored two in 23 in all competitions for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
Blues manager Antonio Conte remains an admirer of the 32-year-old, with whom he worked with at Juventus, and could get him in this window if they bid high enough, according to Standard Sport.

While Llorente has been a failure in North London, Spurs would be unwise to sell without signing a replacement, so could Pochettino follow Conte’s example and try to reunite with an old favourite?
The Argentine has been a big fan of West Bromwich Albion forward Jay Rodriguez since their days together at Southampton, and Standard Sport claims Spurs were keen on the player last January.

Rodriguez is hitting form with five goals in his last six matches, but his best scoring return was under Pochettino in the 13-14 campaign when he banged in 15 league goals to break into the England squad.
West Brom’s loan coup of Liverpool forward Daniel Sturridge might make the Baggies more open to a deal, and selling the 28-year-old would mean they don’t have to cash in on defender Jonny Evans.
What do you think Tottenham fans? Would you swap Llorente for Rodriguez this month?
