Tottenham Hotspur target Richarlison has been given a £50 million price tag by Watford.

Spurs have faced frustration in recent times, as they have missed out on a number of targets.
Daniel Levy refuses to spend huge sums of players, with Spurs preferring to pluck young talent on bargain deals.
However, it seems that they will have no choice but to pay up if they want to sign Richarlison from Watford.

The 20-year-old attacker has been one of Watford’s stars this term, and has provided goals and assists aplenty.
Richarlison looks like a classic Spurs target, in the sense that he is a prodigious talent, and still has room to develop.
Richarlison would surely offer a great deal to Spurs, if he was to join, and he would give Mauricio Pochettino’s side one of the most exciting front lines in the Premier League.

But Spurs will have to show a considerable amount of faith in him to meet Watford’s asking price.
Tottenham will, of course, be moving into their new stadium next term – which may mean that Levy will loosen the purse strings.
And if Richarlison is to arrive at Spurs, Tottenham fans will have to hope that Levy is finally prepared to break the club’s transfer record.
