Arsenal are reportedly in talks to sign Steven N’Zonzi, but Tottenham Hotspur should enter the race.

The Sevilla ace is one of the best ball-winning central midfielders on the continent, and Tottenham quite simply must challenge Arsenal for his signature this summer.
According to Sky Sports, Arsenal are currently in talks to sign the Sevilla midfielder, but a deal is far from being done.
Mauricio Pochettino has a lot of work to do at Spurs this summer, if he is to build a group of players who are capable of making a sustained push for the Premier League title this season.

Central midfield will be a particular area of concern for the Argentine, with Mousa Dembele edging ever closer to an exit from the club, and if the Belgian does end up leaving, he must bring in an able-bodied replacement.
And who better than N’Zonzi?
The France international joined Sevilla from Stoke City in the summer of 2015, for a fee believed to be worth in the region of £7 million, and he has since gone on to establish himself as one of Europe’s best midfield destroyers.

Standing at 6ft 5in tall, N’zonzi cuts an imposing figure, and would add some real steel to Tottenham’s engine room.
The Frenchman is 29, though, and that might just put Spurs off making a move for him, considering the fact that he could cost somewhere in the region of £35 million, according to the Sun.
He would undoubtedly be a great addition to Pochettino’s squad, though, and Tottenham should at least consider challenging Arsenal for his signature this summer.
