Tottenham Hotspur must ask for Isco plus cash if Christian Eriksen goes to Spain.

If rumours are believed, Tottenham Hotspur star Christian Eriksen is attracting interest from Real Madrid.
According to Spanish outlet Marca, Real have contacted Tottenham over a quote for the Denmark international, with Spurs telling them that he’s worth £220 million.
Eriksen came off the bench to score a vital winner for the Lilywhites in Wednesday’s 1-0 win over Inter Milan, keeping their Champions League hopes alive in the process.
Fans of the North London club would hate to lose the former Ajax man, but if the link to Madrid is real then chairman Daniel Levy must demand a player-plus-cash deal – and that player should be Isco.
The Mirror reported on Friday that Isco’s representatives are already sounding out potential interest in his client from Premier League clubs.
And Tottenham, who nearly signed him two years ago according to The Mirror, should put themselves back in the mix, if Eriksen is away.
There really isn’t that many players in Europe who could successfully replace Eriksen, but Isco, who has fallen out of favour in the Spanish capital, might be one of them.
He is of a similar mould as the 26-year-old Dane and although Tottenham fans and Mauricio Pochettino would hate to lose him, Isco and a fat transfer fee might soften such a blow.
