If Tottenham allow Erik Lamela to join Inter could that see them then land either Bordeaux’s Malcom or Richarlison from Watford?

Tottenham Hotspur could have a big decision to make this summer on the future of Erik Lamela, with Italian publication Calciomercato reporting Inter Milan are interested in signing the Argentine.
Inter director of football, Walter Sabatini, has been keen on Lamela since the attacking midfielder was at Roma and has remained so after the 25-year-old made the switch to Spurs in 2013.

The South American has had an indifferent four-and-a-half years in North London, with spells of impressive form having been hindered by around 18 months on the sidelines in total due to a succession of injuries.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is known to be a supporter of his fellow countryman, but should the club consider selling in order to land one of their two younger targets in the same position?
The first, and probably most attractive prospect, is Malcom who as Sky Sports reports is wanted by Spurs and rivals Arsenal, as well as Bayern Munich and Manchester United, having impressed with Bordeaux and is ready to leave this summer.
“Yes, there was a promise that I will be negotiating in June. I will choose the team, and Bordeaux will let me go,” the 20-year-old told Brazilian outlet UOL.

The other option is another Brazilian of the same age in Watford’s Richarlison, who has also hinted at a move to another Premier League club after speculation linking him with Chelsea, Tottenham and the Gunners.
“In the future you never know but I leave all things like that up to my agents,” the 20-year-old told the Standard.
“I want to play in this country for as long as possible. It is a great league and has been a great experience for me. I want to improve and playing in England can help me do that.”
