Rather than Bordeaux’s Malcom or Wilfried Zaha of Crystal Palace, should Spurs target unsettled Stoke winger Ramadan Sobhi?

Mauricio Pochettino manager

Tottenham Hotspur are seemingly on the hunt for a new winger this summer with rumours abound of two that they have serious interest in.

The first is Bordeaux star Malcom, who as football.london recently reported has been a long-term target for both Spurs and rivals Arsenal.

The second is Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha, with the Times claiming in February that it could cost as much as £50m to land the Ivory Coast international.

A different option

However, according to the Stoke Sentinel, Ramadan Sobhi is seeking a way out of Stoke City at the end of the season if they are relegated from the Premier League.

Ramadan’s agent, Nader Shawky, claims that four teams from the top flight of English football have made offers to his client.

The Egyptian has only recently turned 21-years-old and has impressed with his performances for the Potteries from the left wing so could be an alternative for Tottenham to Malcom and Zaha.
