The Tottenham Hotspur hitman could be a useful addition for Southampton.

Southampton undoubtedly need to add more firepower to their ranks this summer, if they are to improve upon last season’s efforts.
Quite how much Ralph Hasenhuttl will have at his disposal, however, remains to be seen, and he might just have to be thrifty in his player recruitment.
With this in mind, Southampton should make a move for Tottenham hitman Vincent Janssen, who could be available for just €8 million (£7 million) this summer, according to Russian media outlet Championat.
The Holland international has struggled during his time at Spurs, but it could be argued that he just needs more love and regular game-time in order to be a success in England.
Janssen, 24, has scored just six goals in 42 appearances for Tottenham, but he previously racked up 32 in 49 for AZ Alkmaar, and if Hasenhuttl could find a way to get the best out of him, he could be a real asset for Southampton.
The Spurs hitman is quite clearly incredibly low on confidence, but if he could score just a few goals, that would all turn around very quickly.

Janssen could act as a fantastic focal point for Southampton to build their attacking play through, and he would surely help bring out the best in the other forwards at St Mary’s.
Whilst a move for the Dutchman would seem to be a risky one for the Saints, his reported price-tag of just £7 million would mean that said risk is limited.
And the Tottenham man could turn out to be a real success at Southampton.
