Newcastle United fans have recently been tweeting Yohan Cabaye, asking for him to return from Crystal Palace.
According to the Daily Mirror, Crystal Palace have put a £16 million asking price on Yohan Cabaye, and for that money he should be considered by Newcastle United.
Newcastle have £100 million to spend in the summer transfer window, with Rafael Benitez set to be handed significant funds to improve his squad.
Newcastle will be looking to hit the ground running upon their return to the top tier, to stave of fears that things could go badly.

And Cabaye would almost certainly give them a significant boost, if the Magpies were to sign the Palace midfielder.
Cabaye knows Newcastle and the Premier League well, and would take no time to settle back into life at St. James’ Park.
The French international’s arrival would also be a significant boost to Newcastle fans, with many dreaming of his return for some time.

Cabaye was a real fans’ favourite during his first stint with Newcastle, and his arrival would surely increase optimism levels to new heights.
Of course, Cabaye would have little re-sale value if he was to join Newcastle again at the age of 31.
But the immediate boost of quality he could bring to their first-team could be invaluable, and considering Benitez would still have £85 million to spend on other additions, the potential transfer has to be a tempting one for the Magpies.
