Leeds United winger Stuart Dallas has endured a difficult campaign, so perhaps the Nottingham Forest boss can rescue him.

Although Stuart Dallas enjoyed an excellent first year with Leeds, and appeared to be the answer to the Whites’ longstanding issues trying to find a decent winger, his second season has been much more underwhelming, so perhaps one of his former bosses should look to rescue him as part of a rebuilding process with their Championship rivals.
Nottingham Forest narrowly avoided relegation to League One on the final day of the season, and it would hardly be a surprise if Mark Warburton looked to make big changes in the summer to ensure that the club are nowhere near the bottom three again next year.
Therefore, it would surely make sense for Warburton to test Leeds’ resolve and see if he can bring Dallas to the City Ground this summer in the hope that he can bring the kind of form out of the Northern Irishman that persuaded Leeds to sign him from Brentford in 2015 and that he showed frequently during his first year at Elland Road.
It was during Warburton’s tenure at Griffin Park that Dallas really shone, scoring six times from the wing to help the Bees stun many by reaching the play-offs in their first year back in the second tier.

And Forest should arguably try and bring the 26-year-old in this summer in the hope that a resumption of their partnership may help the side keep themselves well away from the bottom three next year.
And given the amount of attacking depth that Forest boast – with the likes of Britt Assombalonga, Zach Clough and Ben Brereton in their ranks, the club arguably boast one of the best groups of forwards in the division – having a winger such as Dallas looking to provide them with service could prove extremely fruitful.
The one stumbling block may well be Leeds’ own lack of depth in wide areas with a couple of their players currently set to return to their parent clubs following loan spells, but if the Whites strengthen their own options, then perhaps it would not be out of the question to suggest that they would be willing to listen to offers for Dallas.
