Leeds United have decided to loan out Lewie Coyle to Fleetwood Town for the season.

Marcelo Bielsa may just have made his first error as Leeds United boss, with Lewie Coyle heading out on loan again.
Coyle has been confirmed to be moving to Fleetwood Town until the end of the season, which may not be a smart decision for Leeds to make.
Although it is not yet clear whether there is a recall clause involved in the deal, Coyle could surely have benefitted from Bielsa’s coaching techniques if he was to stay at Elland Road.

And the 22-year-old may well have been a good option for Leeds in the right wing-back slot.
Bielsa is expected to line-up with advanced right-sided defenders next season, and there is an argument to suggest Coyle would be one of the better options there in their current squad.
Gaetano Berardi’s disciplinary record is a major concern, while Stuart Dallas was not in good form last season.

Coyle proved that he was ready to play regularly at senior level, when he impressed on loan at Fleetwood and there was genuine hope from supporters at Elland Road that he would be given a first-team chance under Bielsa.
However, the right-back has been sent out on loan once again, and that could be a decision which Bielsa lives to regret as the season progresses.
