The Leicester City striker could be a useful addition to the Liverpool squad.
Reds boss Jürgen Klopp will be looking to bolster his attacking options at Anfield this summer, as he looks to guide his side to success both domestically and on the continent.
As the future of Daniel Sturridge remains uncertain, the German is surely drawing up a lengthy list of targets, who will be able to fill the void left behind by the England international, should he go on to leave Liverpool.
With this in mind, the Reds should consider a move for Foxes striker Jamie Vardy, who possesses all the attributes required to play under Klopp’s intense regime.

Whilst the 30-year-old is on the wrong end of the age spectrum to be considered as a typical Klopp signing, his incessant pressing, and 100 per cent commitment to the cause makes him the perfect acquisition for Liverpool this summer.
With the plethora of technically gifted footballers in the Reds’ side, the addition of the combative Leicester forward would inject a much needed level of aggression into their attacking play.
It is not just Vardy’s tireless work ethic that is so impressive though. He is a clinical finisher when presented with a goalscoring opportunity – something that he displayed on a regular basis when he led his side to their unprecedented Premier League title success in 2016.
He has scored 93 league goals in 204 career appearances, and his productivity in front of goal would surely improve further still playing for a side like Liverpool, what with the amount of chances they create.
The former Fleetwood Town man’s game seems to be tailor-made to suit the Reds’ quick counter attacking style, and he would surely be a huge hit on Merseyside, should Klopp bring him to Anfield this summer.
