Liverpool have been linked with Isco repeatedly in the past.

Liverpool have become famed in recent seasons for their shrewd business in the transfer market.

The Reds could pull off another clever move if they decide to renew interest in Spain international Isco.

Isco is a long term target of the Reds, he was linked to the club back in 2014, ESPN reported at the time.

Most recently, this past March, Tuttosport reported Liverpool as an interested party in Isco along with Juventus.

Real are unlikely to put up much resistance.

Marca reported this week that Real are open to offers for Isco and are hoping to cash in.

The versatile midfielder made only 11 La Liga starts last season.

The Spain international has won four Champions League titles with Madrid and desperately needs a fresh start.

At 27, he is still a good age for Liverpool, and the Reds should sign him up and shift Adam Lallana, despite his intent to stay.

Signing Isco would be a smart addition for the Reds, making Europe’s best side even stronger. This summer is their best chance to finally make it happen.
