The AC Milan ace would surely prove to be an excellent acquisition for Liverpool.

Liverpool have already been incredibly busy during this summer’s transfer window, but their search for a new goalkeeper continues to be an elusive one.
According to the Mirror, Jürgen Klopp’s top two goalkeeping targets are Atletico Madrid’s Jan Oblak and Roma’s Alisson Becker, although the Reds are experiencing frustration in their courtship of the pair, with both stoppers commanding transfer fees in excess of £90 million.
With this in mind, Liverpool should consider switching targets, and an interesting option for them could be AC Milan ace Gianluigi Donnarumma, who is being touted around Europe by his agent Mino Raiola, according to Italian media outlet Corriere della Serra.

The 19-year-old has really risen to prominence within the game, after bursting onto the scene with Milan two years ago, and he is widely considered to be one of Europe’s best goalkeepers.
According to Italian media outlet Calcio Mercato, AC Milan value the Italy international at €60 million (£52.9 million), and that would represent far better value for money for Liverpool than either Oblak or Alisson.
Standing at 6ft 5in tall, Donnarumma possesses an imposing physique, and commands his penalty area with authority – something that the Reds have desperately lacked in the goalkeeping department over the past few years.

At just 19, though, the frightening thing is that the Milan ace will only get better, and an investment of just £52.9 million now could turn out to be excellent business for Liverpool.
The Merseyside outfit are on the verge of achieving something very special, and bringing Donnarumma to Anfield this summer could turn out to be the signing that elevates them to that elusive next level.
