Should Leeds pick Illan Meslier tonight?

Leeds United might not get a better opportunity to hand Illan Meslier a debut than tonight.
Meslier joined Leeds on loan from Lorient on transfer deadline day.
He has established himself as number two behind first choice goalkeeper Kiko Casilla.
Casilla is hitting form, and has now kept four successive clean sheets.
There is a case to keep him in to continue this record against Stoke in the Carabao Cup.
However this fixture may end up being ideal for Meslier to make his debut.
Leeds are likely to make changes. Goalkeeper is an obvious one.

As Leeds saw last season through injury and suspension, predicting a goalkeeper’s availability cannot be guaranteed.
Meslier could be called on at any time, and if Leeds are to set him up to succeed, then they should give him a chance in he cup to properly adjust to English football.
It is early on enough in the Carabao Cup not to be putting a tonne of hard work at risk by playing him.
The game against Salford came too soon after his switch to Leeds.
He has had a little time to adjust now, and its time for Leeds to give him a run out.
