John Bostock has been incredibly impressive for Lens this past season, so perhaps Leeds United should join the chase to sign him.
Liam Bridcutt has been linked with a move away
Leeds fans are facing up to the fact that both Ronaldo Vieria (via Daily Mirror’s live transfer feed; 17th June 2017; 10:50pm) and Liam Bridcutt (via The Sun) have been linked with moves away from Elland Road in recent times.
While Vieira’s departure would surely be a considerably bigger blow given his potential, losing either player should surely tempt Thomas Christiansen into the market to try and bolster his midfield ranks before the new season starts.
The Lancashire Telegraph recently suggested that Blackburn Rovers were keen on John Bostock, as he expects to leave Lens this summer after they missed out on promotion.
Although Bostock suffered a dramatic decline while he was on Tottenham’s books, he has since gone a long way to rebuilding his career, proving to be a hugely important figure for a Lens side that – while they finished fifth in the French second tier this past season – ended the campaign just two points off top spot and one point off promotion.

And Leeds should consider rivalling Blackburn for his signature, as he could be a decent target if the Whites need to bolster their options in the coming months.
The Lancashire Telegraph reports that he has one year left on his contract at Lens – where he is a teammate of former Leeds loanee Habib Habibou – so signing him may not require too considerable a fee, and if he is able to replicate the form he has shown in France this past year, where he scored five and contributed five assists, he could prove to be a very good signing for Leeds.
