Garry Monk is making steady progress at Leeds United with numerous new arrivals already brought in to Elland Road.
According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, the former Swansea City boss is still looking to strengthen his squad in all areas, and a fantastic acquisition for Leeds would be Arsenal’s Serge Gnabry.

The U21 Germany international would bring something to the Leeds squad that they currently do not possess, with frightening pace and his direct style of play.
Despite a poor loan spell at West Bromwich Albion last term, where he only made three appearances, he is still well worth taking a risk on, whether that be a loan move or a permanent transfer.
Competition for places at Arsenal is fierce in the wide attacking areas, so another loan move for Gnabry would seem to suit all parties concerned.
The Elland Road outfit were the seventh lowest scorers in the Championship last term, and Monk must surely improve his tepid forward line if they are to improve this season.
Gnabry can play anywhere along the front-line but is most effective playing as an out-and-out right winger. He likes to get his head down and attack full-backs before whipping delivering crosses into the box. He would provide the kind of service the Leeds front men such as Mirko Antenucci and Chris Wood would thrive off.

Gnabry, 21, has plenty to prove in the game still, so a short-term move to Leeds would provide him with the platform to showcase his skills and remind Arsene Wenger of his ability.
If a move came to fruition, Garry Monk would gain a top-drawer winger who could make a huge difference in their hopes of achieving promotion.
