Jose Enrique has said on Twitter that Newcastle United goalkeeper Loris Karius should have kept out the second Manchester United goal in the Carabao Cup final at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday evening.
The former Newcastle star believes that Karius should have done better for the second goal from Manchester United in the first half.
Brazil international defensive midfielder Casemiro scored the opening goal of the match in the 33rd minute.
Sven Botman’s own goal in the 39th minute saw the Red Devils make it 2-0.
It was Marcus Rashford who was the architect of the goal.
The England international forward put Botman under pressure and shot on target from close range.
It took a deflecting off of Batman and went in.

Karius, 29, seemed ready to fend off Rashford’s effort, but the deflection off of Botman did take the angle away from him.
There was not much time for the former Liverpool goalkeeper to react to the deflection.
Enrique, though, believes that the goalkeeper should have done better, as you can see from his tweet below.
