Sam Field could well leave West Brom on loan next season so should Brighton or Huddersfield consider a move?

What the next 12 months holds for promising, young West Bromwich Albion midfielder Sam Field remains to be seen, but he certainly seems to have a big future ahead of him.
After making his first team debut for the Baggies at the end of the 2015/16 season, the 19-year-old played nine more times for the club last term, but has hinted that a loan move may be the next best thing for him.

“Hopefully I can put my name in there and feel like I can stake a claim, but if not, we’ll see how it goes next season,” Field told the Birmingham Mail.
“We’ll see what pre-season holds and we’ll go from there.”
While West Brom manager Tony Pulis says Field is a big part of his plans, he has also hinted that the teenager may have to spend time out on loan before he gets his chance.

“The kids who have not played this year, if we get players in, will definitely be out on loan and gaining some experience,” Pulis told the Birmingham Mail.
So if Field is allowed to leave the Hawthorns, are there any fellow Premier League clubs who could give the youngster a chance? Well arguably new boys Brighton and Hove Albion and Huddersfield Town would fit the bill.
Both sides will be looking to strengthen their respective squads over the summer following promotion, with Brighton lacking youth in central midfield and question marks remaining over Steve Sidwell’s future at the club with the 34-year-old’s contract set to expire.

Huddersfield, meanwhile, do have more youthful options in the middle, but they too could do with more numbers and will be looking to utilise the loan market once again, just as they did in the Championship in 2016/17.
Field may be a raw talent and lacking the top flight experience Chris Hughton and David Wagner are possibly looking for, but they could also be there at the start to benefit from the talents of one of the stars of the future.
