The Gunners have won all three Premier League games this month after losing their first three throughout August.
Alongside Arteta to be nominated is Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, who has overseen seven points from a possible nine.

Yes you have to say that the Arsenal boss would be a deserving recipient.
He started the month of September as the most under-pressure Premier League manager but you have to give credit where it’s due, the Emirates Stadium club have turned things around.
They’re five points and nine places behind Liverpool at the summit of the Premier League, but wins over Norwich, Burnley and Sunday’s North London demolition of Spurs mean he’ll be taking it home.
But Nuno Espirito Santo of Tottenham won the award in August and wound up losing all three Premier League games this month, conceding nine goals and scoring just one, so that’s a cautionary tale for whoever does wind up winning.
