Jamie O’Hara has claimed that Tottenham duo Harry Kane and Heung-Min Son went ‘missing’ during their 1-0 defeat at West Ham on Sunday, as he posted on his Instagram story.
The former midfielder shared that Tottenham’s performance at the London Stadium was ‘shocking’.
Michail Antonio scored the only goal of the game, in the second corner from a corner, to pile more misery on their London rivals.
What will annoy the Spurs supporters the most is the manner in which they performed, especially in the second half because they lacked any creativity.
O’Hara was critical of two of Tottenham’s attacking talents, who both got on the scoresheet last week, but they weren’t able to make their mark yesterday.
“Shocking performance from Spurs, especially in the second half,” said O’Hara. “They didn’t even create a chance. Go 1-0 down, what are you doing from the cross?
“Set-pieces aren’t just good enough. How many times did we get the ball in the first half, try and make something happen. Pass it, move it, pass it, move it and open them up.
“Second half, absolutely nothing. Harry Kane went missing. Son went missing.”

It is probably a little harsh on Kane and Son because Tottenham simply can’t continue to rely on them.
If they aren’t putting the ball into the back of the net, then there aren’t many others, if anyone, that are stepping up to the plate.
But that has been an issue for a long while now, although some Spurs fans may not have much sympathy with Kane.
Given everything that happened with him in the summer, and how he has started the season, there will be some sections of the fanbase that will be going for his throat.
