Tottenham attacker has had a tough start to the season.
Tottenham Hotspur prospect Shilow Tracey made his comeback for the under-23s last night after a tough spell out with injury.
Tracey came on in the last 18 minutes of Tottenham’s Checkatrade Trophy defeat at Oxford United.
He came close to providing an assist, setting up a chance with a cross.
Tottenham signed Tracey from non-league Ebbsfleet in 2016 and hoped he would enjoy a Dele Alli style rise to the top.
It hasn’t happened for him, and now at 20-years-old his next step is unclear.
He is in the final year of his contract, and the first half of the season has been a write-off.
Tracey played for the under-23s on August 13 in a defeat to West Ham and has not been seen since, with his absence due to injury.
The versatile attacker made 23 appearances last season for the under-23s, scoring two goals and providing three assists.
