Rangers have brought Sheyi Ojo to Ibrox on a season-long loan deal.

Rangers new boy Sheyi Ojo has told The Scottish Sun that he spoke to both Andy Firth and Ovie Ejaria about the club before making the move to Ibrox.
The Gers may be in the market for Ryan Kent, but they’ve now snapped up another Liverpool winger by luring Ojo to Glasgow for the duration of next season.
Ojo arrives in a similar position to Kent a year ago. Kent had struggled in a Championship loan spell at Bristol City and abroad with German side Freiburg.
Ojo’s situation is almost identical, struggling with Fulham and then Stade Reims, and everyone involved – Liverpool, Rangers, Steven Gerrard, Ojo himself – will hope that he can mirror Kent’s success.
The 22-year-old needs to impress at a critical time in his career, and given that he needs this move to be the right one, he has spoken to a couple of players who know Rangers well.
Ojo has revealed that he has spoken to ex-Liverpool goalkeeper Andy Firth about Rangers after he joined in January, whilst he also sought advice from another Gerrard signing in playmaker Ejaria.

Firth has yet to make his Rangers debut and Ejaria left Ibrox abruptly in December, but it seems that the duo have given Ojo the reassurance he needs that Rangers is the right club to join – and he will hope his loan spell ends a little better than Ejaria’s did.
“When I heard Rangers were involved, I spoke to my representatives, the gaffer Steven Gerrard and I spoke to Liverpool as well,” said Ojo. “All the parties just believed that this was the right destination for me, for my career, for the season.”
“I spoke to Andy Firth. Ovie was here last year as well. I spoke to him, I know a few other players that play in this league as well. With all the advice I got, it was kind of an easy decision. There was other clubs that I could have gone to but I felt this was the right decision for me,” he added.
