Tim Sherwood has said that Harry Kane could leave Tottenham Hotspur and move to Chelsea if Mauricio Pochettono becomes the new head coach of the Blues.
The former Tottenham manager has said on talkSPORT (9:11am, April 28, 2023) that if Chelsea came for Kane, then the 29-year-old Tottenham and England international striker could make the switch to the Blues despite the intense rivalry between the two London clubs.
Journalist Ben Jacobs told CaughtOffSide this week that Chelsea admire Kane.
According to The Mirror, former Tottenham head coach Pochettino is set to become the new head coach of Chelsea.
Tim Sherwood on Harry Kane potentially leaving Tottenham Hotspur for Chelsea
Sherwood said: “I think anything is possible. Really, anything is possible in the Premier League now.
“He wants to stay in the Premier League, I am sure he wants to beat Shearer’s record, and I think he gets there if he keeps himself fit and stays in the Premier League. You can never rule out moving to anywhere.”

HITC Verdict: Summer transfer unlikely
In our view, it is unlikely that Harry Kane will leave Tottenham Hotspur for Chelsea in the summer transfer window.
Okay, so Pochettino worked with Kane at Spurs, and Chelsea are a big club who will aim to challenge for top honours under the Argentine.
However, Kane will be fully aware of the intense rivalry that exists between Tottenham and Chelsea.
And that is why we do not think that the 29-year-old will leave Tottenham for Chelsea this summer.
Or ever.
