The Owls’ ratings have been released.

Sheffield Wednesday players’ FIFA 17 ratings have been published by the website Futhead.

And on first glance the Owls, who in real life reached the Championship play-off final last season, will be one of the teams to be in that division.

Three Hillsborough stars have been awarded ratings of 75 or above, with much of the first team scoring higher than 70.

But who makes the top 10? The list is as follows:

10) Jack Hunt (72)

The right-back’s shaky early-season displays appear to have been overlooked.

9) David Jones (72)

The new signing from Burnley scores one higher than Kieran Lee, who is keeping him out of the team at present.

8) Barry Bannan (72)

Named in the Championship’s team of the year last season, an achievement EA Sports appear to have forgotten.

7) Almen Abdi (73)

The Owls paid £4 million for the Albanian midfielder and a strong rating perhaps reflects this.

6) Tom Lees (73)

On his day, he’s one of the best in his position at this level. No Wednesday defender scores higher.

5) Steven Fletcher (74)

The Owls added Premier League quality in Fletcher, but he’s only fifth on the list.

4) Fernando Forestieri (74)

Wednesday’s talisman as far as most are concerned. EA Sports, however, seem to disagree.

3) Marco Matias (75)

The Portuguese winger made a bright start at Hillsborough but has spent much of the past year sidelined. His rating makes arguably the least sense.

2) Gary Hooper (75)

The former Celtic man has struggled for games but remains Wednesday’s most clinical attacker, with two goals scored from eight shots on target. The jury’s still out as far as some are concerned, but not EA Sports.

1) Keiren Westwood (76)

The Irishman may not have had the best of starts but it’s hard to argue that over the previous two campaigns he was the Owls’ most consistent performer.
