Sheffield Wednesday managed to pick up a 1-0 victory against Middlesbrough yesterday.

Sheffield Wednesday won 1-0 at the Riverside Stadium yesterday, in a fine result for the Yorkshire side.
Hutchinson was given his first start since August in the match, and the midfielder caught the eye.
But Bullen admits that Hutchinson’s tendency to pick up red cards meant that he took a gamble by selecting him.
I felt we needed aggression,” Bullen said after the win on Teesside. “I knew how aggressive and physical Middlesbrough are.
“I thought there would be spells where there would be pressure on and Sam has that aggression. “You take a gamble sometimes with Sam. “Because he can be overly-aggressive at times, but I thought he was very disciplined.”
Hutchinson is arguably Wednesday’s finest defensive midfielder, but Jos Luhukay persistently overlooked him during his time in charge.

The Hillsborough crowd had become frustrated with watching Hutchinson get overlooked, and there have been calls for him to return to the first-team throughout the season.
Wednesday have now won back-to-back matches since Luhukay’s departure, and they look a much more secure side defensively.
Wednesday’s next match comes against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday, when Hutchinson may well feature again.
