Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Josh Onomah played on loan for Aston Villa last season.

Onomah spent the 2017-18 season on loan at Championship club Villa from Premier League side Tottenham.
The 21-year-old midfielder made 20 starts and 14 substitute appearances in the Championship for the Villans last season, scoring four goals and providing three assists in the process, according to WhoScored.
The England Under-21 international moved to Wednesday on loan from Spurs in the summer transfer window.
Onomah – who earns £30,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – has spoken highly of Villa manager Bruce ahead of Wednesday’s match against the Villans away from home at Villa Park in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.
“Steve Bruce is an amazing guy, on and off the pitch he always made sure that I was feeling good,” Onomah told The Express & Star. “I learned a lot from him.
“He has a lot of experience. he won a lot of promotions. I’m sure he knows what he is doing and he will come back from this.”

Promising talent
Onomah is a very good and promising young midfielder, and the Tottenham-owned man did well for Villa last season.
So far this campaign, the 21-year-old has played 112 minutes of Championship football for Wednesday, according to WhoScored.
